Allure Med Spa Rebrands to Alani Skin MD – West Valley View

Allure Rebrands to Alani Skin MD

Alani Skin MD recently unveiled its renovated Avondale medspa, which has a pricing model to enhanced customer experience.

Alani Skin MD, formerly Allure Med Spa, has rebranded and renovated its Avondale location to offer streamlined services. That includes a pricing model based on results, rather than units, for Botox and fillers, to prioritize a client-centric approach.

Alani Skin has three Valley locations, and offers a slew of treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, wax hair removal, hair loss treatment, body sculpting, Botox treatment and fillers.

The remodeling of the Avondale Alani Skin and company rebranding was driven by a growing demand in the medical spa industry, Alani CEO Kylie Tan said, and facilitated by additional capital.

“Our motto with this is ‘new name, same great team, elevated experience.’ Our staff has always been amazing. You can see it even in our Google reviews and online footprint. Now we’re just streamlining the experience all around it.”  – Kylie Tan, CEO

A private equity fund purchased the previously named Allure Med Spa, allowing the company to “really invest in ourselves,” Tan added. The changes make it easier for clients to book and manage appointments online Beyond changing its name, the physical store — from the lobby to the treatment areas — also received a facelift.

Tan said the changes allowed the company to align with shifts in the industry. “Anyone who just throws their hat in the ring can have a business because there’s so much demand,” Tan said.

“But we’re getting to a point where you’re really only going to last long term if you have like the best services out there, the best offering for consumers… winners in the space are (ones that) can genuinely offer the best experience for clients.”

That comes from simplified pricing, Tan said. Botox treatments are typically sold per unit, and the amount is determined after a conversation between nurses and patients. Furthermore, customers have a set budget without understanding the details of Botox treatment.

“It becomes a conversation or debate with your medical provider on how many inputs you need for a solution, and so we really wanted to remove that and make pricing something that flat, predictable and transparent,” Tan said.

Therefore, Alani offers a flat fee by area. If a customer wants to treat forehead wrinkles, they don’t have to estimate the amount of Botox units needed to properly do so. Instead, they simply pay a pre-established price for the area.

Complimentary touch ups are provided within two to four weeks of the original appointment. They have a similar model for filler refresh as well. They offer a membership program, where customers can pay a monthly or yearly fee to receive lower pricing.

“It takes away from calculating input with your nurse provider and matching what you might see in other medical fields, when you’re really just paying for the result,” Tan said. “And, you know how much you’re going to pay every time, because it’s just a flat, predictable fee.”

Alani Skin MD also has locations in Mesa and Scottsdale, and they will be remodeled in the coming weeks. The company started with the Avondale clinic because it needed the least amount of work. They also wanted best to serve the clientele in the rapidly growing West Valley. For more information, please visit www.alaniskinmd.com.
