PRF EZ Gel (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)

PRF EZ Gel is a next-generation regenerative injectable made entirely from your own platelet-rich fibrin — processed into a natural gel that slowly releases growth factors to stimulate collagen and tissue renewal right where you need it. PRF EZ Gel FAQs: Natural Filler Alternative Questions

Everything you need to know before your first appointment — or your next one.

What is PRF EZ Gel and how is it different from PRP?
PRF EZ Gel is a next-generation platelet therapy that goes beyond PRP. PRF has a denser fibrin scaffold that allows for a slower, more potent release of stem cells, platelets, and growth factors — and the EZ Gel form processes that PRF into a smooth, injectable gel that provides both immediate volume and long-term skin regeneration.
Yes — and it does double duty. PRF EZ Gel offers a natural alternative for volume restoration and is especially popular for tear troughs, providing a softer, more natural look while also improving skin quality over time. Unlike hyaluronic acid filler, it actively stimulates your own collagen rather than simply filling space.
PRF EZ Gel targets the under-eyes, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines — the areas most commonly affected by volume loss and skin quality decline, and some of the most searched treatment areas for natural filler alternatives in the Phoenix area.
Immediate results can be seen with gradual improvements over two weeks, as collagen and elastin production continues to increase over the following four weeks. Most Alani patients complete 3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, with maintenance every 6–12 months to sustain results.
Avoid blood thinners and ibuprofen for one week before your appointment. After treatment, avoid harsh bodies of water, saunas, and strenuous activity for 72 hours. Direct sun exposure should also be avoided for the first 24–48 hours — especially important in the Scottsdale and Phoenix climate.
