Our Policies

Of course! We request that you do so at least 48 hours in advance to protect our providers’ time. No-shows or appointments re-scheduled or cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a $75 fee.

We accept most major credit and debit cards, cash, Alani gift cards, Alle/Aspire, and Cherry payment plans.

Yes, we welcome gratuities for our providers! This is entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of our services, but typically range from 15% to 20%.

If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with, please contact us. We assess refunds on a case-by-case basis and will be sure to address any concerns immediately.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to complete all intake paperwork and ensure you have your full appointment time allocated to meet your needs.

Memberships

Just pay one $99 annual fee to get access to membership pricing and perks for the year! Your annual membership will renew automatically. If you’d like to cancel, just do so at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.

You will be charged a monthly payment of $200, which will be credited to your Alani funds wallet to use on anything at Alani from products to treatments. This membership does not require an annual fee to join, and you have access to all membership pricing and perks! Plus – an upgraded birthday gift, only for our premier members: Your choice of Cool Peel Treatment ($450 value), DiamondGlow Facial ($200 value), or Alani Signature Facial (~$95 value)

We will be sad to see you go, but we understand. For either membership plan, please cancel at least 30 days in advance.
No, funds do not expire as long as you’re an active Alani member! If you terminate your membership, your funds will stay in your account for 6 months before they expire. Note that you no longer have access to membership pricing once membership is cancelled, though credits are useable for up to 6 months.
If you are an existing Allure member, your perks will convert to our new perks and your membership fee will continue at current rates until Jan 1, 2025. For those that have pre-paid for 6 or 12 months, you’ll convert to our new perks and no additional fees or actions are required until your pre payment term is up! We’ve also included additional perks for our loyal members who are sticking with us – please check your email for more details and don’t hesitate to contact us if any additional questions.

Botox & Wrinkle Care

Botox is a safe, FDA-approved treatment that has been used for medical purposes since the 1970s. It’s designed to relax specific muscles responsible for wrinkling the skin above. It’s ideal for those seeking to smooth, fine lines and wrinkles with no downtime. Other FDA-approved brands include: Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeaveau.
Yes, very! Studies show that regular, preventive Botox treatments assures a finer complexion and reduce the appearance of lines over time. That’s the effectiveness of the treatment.
Results vary by treatment area and person, but typically last up to 3-4 months.
Examples of “areas” for upper face treatment are the upper forehead, lower forehead, between brows, and corners of eyes.
In addition to both preventative and non-preventative wrinkle treatment, Botox can be used for treat sweating, reduce teeth grinding/jaw clenching, alleviate migraines, and treat chronic muscle spasms. Please feel free to consult our providers on which of these applications are right for you.

Dermal Fillers

We recommend it for those looking to add volume, definition, and contour to the face.
Dermal fillers typically last up to 6-18 months, depending on the type of filler, your aesthetic goals, and the treatment areas. For instance, fillers in highly mobile areas like the lips may dissolve more quickly, lasting about 6-9 months. In contrast, fillers in less mobile areas such as the cheeks or jawline can last up to 12-18 months.
You will experience redness, swelling, and potentially bruising for up to 1-2 weeks after treatment. This will begin to subside a few days after treatment. Full results appear within two weeks. We advise avoiding makeup and any topicals other than Aquafor and Arnica for at least 24 hours after treatment.

Laser Hair Removal

At Alani, we use the Motus AX which is the first high-speed Alexandrite laser that makes it possible for even darker skin types to benefit from the effectiveness of this laser type. This breakthrough is possible because of Moveo technology—a handpiece that delivers fast, more efficient energy to destroy the hair in a way that is painless and free from side-effects

Generally, 6-8 sessions are recommended for optimal results, with sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.
